Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of assigned staff, delegating processing workflows across processing and integration operations.

- Analysis and execution on metrics and other data sets to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

- Ensures processing and integration metric targets by program are met, including execution of performance improvement opportunities, as necessary.

- Delivers coaching, support, and training to staff on a regular and ongoing basis.

- Facilitates team and departmental meetings, leading consistent and clear messaging in support of a cohesive and high-performing team.

- Provides subject matter expertise and operational support in recruiting, screening, hiring, training, and performance management for assigned staff.

- Participates in and supports change management initiatives and requests impacting processing and integration operations for all programs.

- Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and other resource tools designed to facilitate successful delivery of processing and integration outcomes.

- Maintains and supports quality assurance and improvement initiatives, including internal audits and other quality control activities.

- Responds to processing and escalations complaints and grievances.

- Supervises and mentors assigned staff.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication skills.

- Excel at meeting required deadlines; mentoring and managing others to effectively prioritize their work.

- Ability to recognize, maintain, and provide oversight with respect to confidentiality in the work setting.

- Efficient with Microsoft Office suite.

- Excellence in managing positive working relationships with federal, state and county agencies and other community stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, with minimal direct supervision.

- Strong supervisory skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

Related four-year degree (BA or BSW) and/or five (5) years related experience required.

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in providing leadership and supervision over operational projects and initiatives in a related field. Related four-year degree (BA or BSW) and/or five (5) years related experience required.

Working Conditions:

Remote setting

Possibility of travel up to 10%

Supervisory Responsibility (If applicable):

+ Responsible for remote supervision of up to twelve processing and integration team staff members.

+ Responsible for annual assessments, goals, and professional development of staff.

+ Responsible for leading team members obtaining specific OKRs and initiatives.

+ Indirect supervision of teams and resources as part of overarching deliverables.
