As our Supervisor, Patient Solutions, you provide oversight of your Team Lead(s) and a team of Representatives for one or more of our clients. Every day y ou will be the primary point of support, training and coaching for your team’s performance as it relates to quality and production metrics for the client. To thrive in this role , you must have prior experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role of a high-volume Call Center within the healthcare revenue cycle industry. We are looking for an experienced leader who enjoys driving their team to success by providing knowledge of the client objectives and the training and mentorship to achieve them. Going ‘above and beyond’ for the client on every level.

Here’s what you’ll experience working as a Supervisor, Patient Solutions

· Working with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech or Cerner to strategically support clients; meeting or surpassing their objectives

· Serving as a point of escalation for your team; being the source of knowledge that leads to success for the client as well as your team

· Supervision of a fast-paced call center team that handles anywhere from 40-100+ calls per day, per Representative.

· Training and mentoring your team to a level of performance that ensures success for your client’s objectives

· Creating a solid virtual Team through regular communication with your Leads and Representatives

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,971.35 – $74,607.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
