We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our clients team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing their day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Full-time

- Company: Located in Bourbonnais

- Pay Rate: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

- Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions

- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

- Aid in the preparation of annual budgets

- Perform reconciliation of intercompany accounts

- Handle general bookkeeping tasks

- Support the accounting team in daily operations

- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in accounting or a related field is preferred (Minimum 1 year)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
