As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support a Director or senior manager.

Work shift and hours:

+ Full-time, hourly, non-exempt

+ Monday – Friday

+ 8:00am – 5:00pm

+ Predictable work schedule to plan your life around: no weekends or nights for most roles.

Compensation Details:

+ The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $23.00 per hour depending on experience.

In this role you will:

+ Maintain flow of correspondence and communications

+ Gather research data for projects

+ Set up and maintain files, records, and correspondence

+ Receive visitors, and schedule appointments

+ Transcribe dictation

+ Assist in budget preparation

What you bring to the table:

+ Minimum 1 year administrative experience required; 2+ years experience supporting managers preferred

+ 2 year degree preferred: Some college or business/secretarial schooling

+ Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related applications

+ Time management and organizational skills

+ Oral and written communication skills

+ Customer service skills

+ Multitasking skills

+ Mathematical skills

+ Shorthand and Dictaphone skills if required by Director or senior manager

+ Ability to meet deadlines

+ Ability to handle confidential information
