The Administrative Secretary will support specialist to assist the Administrative Perinatal Center administrator and outreach educators in achieving the Illinois Department of Public Health grant deliverables. This role involves the creation of program and project materials, data collection, data entry, financial stewardship, and maintaining supporting records. The specialist will complete various projects as directed by the administrator/outreach educators and manage program advertisement, enrollment, development of supporting material, and distribution. Additionally, the specialist will handle speaker contracts, room reservations, and reconcile financial expenses and revenue. The specialist will be present during live and virtual programs to manage program logistics and troubleshoot IT issues with the support of IT services.

Position Requirements:

Minimum Education

Required: High School Diploma

Minimum Experience:

Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
