Position: CNC Lathe Operator (overnight shift)

Location: Bedford Park, IL

Salary: $25 – $30/hr

Responsibilities:

+ Operate Mazak Quick Turn 350 CNC lathe machine with precision and efficiency.

+ Set up and program machine tools using M and G code.

+ Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce high-quality steel components.

+ Utilize overhead crane and forklift for material handling as needed.

+ Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator.

+ Proficiency in Mazak Mazatrol programming.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and parallelism.

+ Experience with tool & die or machine shop operations preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
