Job: Machine Operator

Pay: $14

Shift: 1st

Key Responsibilities:

+ Job Responsibilities:

+ Operating Machinery: Operate various types of leather processing machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

+ Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure high quality and consistent output.

+ Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

+ Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during production to minimize downtime.

+ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.

+ Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.

+ Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in warehouse and machine operations preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.

+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

+ Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
