Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator and take charge of operating GMP machinery essential for our production processes. Your responsibilities will include checking production schedules to determine the variety and quantity of products to cook, setting up machinery for production runs, following standards and SOPs, identifying correct ingredients and equipment for runs, and inputting necessary information into touch screen panels. You’ll also be responsible for feeding the cooker with raw materials such as starch, liquid flavors, sugar, corn syrup, and gelatin, using controls to regulate temperature, material amounts, and speeds. Additionally, you will diagnose and help resolve mechanical issues in collaboration with the maintenance team and operate a forklift to move materials.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bellwood, Illinois.

Work Environment

This position is in a GMP Environment. We operate from 10am to 6pm, 6 days a week, with heavy overtime when new products are being run. Dress code requires GMP attire which will be provided; you should wear jeans and a t-shirt underneath.
