JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for ensuring that customers are dealt with according to the Customer Service Policy, as well as the Starkey Corporate mission statement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS
Answer incoming calls regarding technical and non-technical information
Assist dispensers in fitting questions.
Answer dispenser questions about Starkey and Starkey All-Make products.
Clarify dispenser requests.
Call dispenser with additional charges and estimates when requested.
Support All Make Repair
Stay current on Starkey products and processes.
Provide repair information.
Use JIT principals while performing duties.
Answer problems from receiving and shipping.
Process orders
Accessories
Warranties
Credits
Marketing materials
Hearing aid parts, then invoice and ship
Document calls
Keep phone call records.
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
Education (i.e. 4-year college degree, license, certification)
High school degree or equivalent required
Experience (i.e. years of work experience related to the job)
Minimum 1-year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred. Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred. Experience working with Macintosh and PC preferred
Competencies, Skills & Abilities (List additional competencies, skills, and abilities to be successful in the job, i.e. Ability to communicate details and requests with professionalism and accuracy)
Excellent communication skills required.
Good organizational skills required.
Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills required
Ability to type 25-30 WPM required.
Letter writing skills a plus
10-key skills a plus
