Your Job

Molex is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in our Bolingbrook facility! In this role you will support planning, manufacturing, and warehousing functional areas. This role has the responsibility to provide Superior Customer Service to our external and internal customers.

What You Will Do

Supports warehouse by picking, packaging, labeling, and accurately shipping customer orders.
Supports warehouse by receiving, properly stocking, plus loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
Supports warehouse by pulling components and issuing them to production orders in SAP.
Generates packing slips, CoCs, and required shipping paperwork.
Communicates and interfaces with shipping and receiving carriers.
Monitor non-inventory materials required and create non-inventory purchase requisitions to ensure continual flow of required materials.
Use of computers to include Excel, Word, SAP, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
Support and help implement key plant initiatives, focusing on increasing productivity with automated warehouse management systems.
Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure "lessons learned" and continual improvements are incorporated back into all our processes.
Work with team to identify opportunities for improvement in all activities and procedures using MBM, TQM, GLSS, ISO, and EH&S tools to maintain a safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

High school or equivalent
6 months experience in a warehouse environment
Strong computer skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to interact with our customers face to face, via e-mail, and phone
Ability to learn new applications and processes quickly and effectively

What Will Put You Ahead

SAP experience
Basic knowledge of material ordering, scanning, and inventory storage
6 months of warehouse experience with receiving, shipping, and order filling
