The Corporate Finance organization at Molex is seeking a Global Process Owner - FA (Fixed Assets). This is a strategic role. The primary responsibility is to be the change leader for the FA process by defining process vision, goals, and objectives; driving transformation and prioritization; and synchronizing process improvement plans with other GPOs within the value chain. The focus of this role is to establish clear accountability for end-to-end processes and transformation that leads to performance improvement. Critical to success in this role is the ability to thoroughly understand the processes in place and proactively partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders within Molex and all other Koch companies to develop an optimal operating model, which may require occasional travel. This will inform the policies, people, processes, and technologies which must be leveraged. The ideal candidate will have Fixed Assets Accounting and FI SAP experience, a well-rounded understanding of how accounting fits into the broader Finance landscape, and the ability to analyze data, create a point of view and communicate ideas effectively.

Our team is currently based in Lisle, IL at our Corporate HQ, but this role can be located remotely within the United States. About 5% travel may be required.

What You Will Do

Supervise Global Process Analyst
Support US GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements, DMET Data products, Pillar 2, Acquisition Integration, and Koch transactions to drive favorable economic outcomes.
Function as the end-to-end Process Change Leader to set vision and drive strategic direction.
Drive transformation, standardization, automation, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
Set master data governance within the context of the global policy and monitor adherence.
Actively engage and Knowledge Share across Molex enterprise and Koch companies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Innovative thinking, embracing creative destruction.
Experience with Fixed Assets General Ledger Accounting.
Experience with integrated financial systems, accounting systems, and database structures.
Experience working on teams consisting of various resource backgrounds (e.g., Sales, Finance, Tax, IT, etc.)

What Will Put You Ahead

Bachelor's degree
Experience with the FI module within SAP specific to Fixed Assets, Internal Orders, Project Management (Assets Under Construction and Budgets).
Experience with Central Finance.
Experience working with a system implementation or process transformation project.
