Koch Industries is now hiring a Recruiter to join our team supporting Molex, a Koch Company. You will play a critical role in enabling our recruitment organization's strategic vision through partnering with the business to identify and attract contribution motivated talent. The ideal candidate will be based in the greater Chicagoland area.
Our Team
As part of the Koch Recruiting leveraged capability, you will join a dynamic team operating within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. In this role, you will own the full-lifecycle recruitment process supporting Operations and Manufacturing roles across various Molex locations, with the potential to flex into engineering and corporate capability recruitment, as needed. You will develop recruitment strategies and leverage your sourcing capability to cultivate external and internal talent channels, as well as establish relationships and collaborate with key business partners to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
What You Will Do
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: partner with hiring supervisors to understand their individual needs and develop effective recruitment strategies; connect with and evaluate external and internal candidates to assess their alignment to job qualifications and our core principles; help facilitate the interview, offer, and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse group of qualified candidates, both internally and outside the organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the business: develop relationships with business leaders, hiring supervisors, and business HR partners to understand their key priorities/initiatives and how these impact their short/long-term talent needs; provide hiring supervisors with guidance and best practices throughout the recruitment process; leverage data and market insights to offer well-informed recommendations and influence effective hiring decisions.
Create a brand-worthy, inclusive experience for all candidates, establishing Koch Industries and Molex as a preferred employer in the locations you support.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, compliance standards, and HR policies, providing necessary guidance throughout the selection process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Recruiting experience within a corporate and/or agency setting
Experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for hourly operations and skilled trade roles within the manufacturing sector
Experience leveraging various tools/resources to source candidates and compile market insights (i.e., ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, open web, etc.)
Willingness to travel up to 10%
