Database Administration Managers for Waukegan, IL location. Lead and manage a team of database administrators and Oracle E-Business Suite application administrators, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Define and implement the overall database and Oracle E-Business Suite application strategy, including selecting and deploying database technologies, data modeling, and performance optimization. Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite application, databases and data warehouses. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Monitor database and Oracle E-Business Suite application performance and identify and resolve performance issues. Develop and implement processes for data governance and quality management.
