Duties: Develop product strategy and build alignment around a short and long-term product roadmap; gather requirements, identify further development opportunities through user research, and plan new features; track, analyze, and iterate on hypotheses to continuously drive product satisfaction; articulate a clear vision to technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive results; maintain data product backlog; lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for geographically distributed, cross-functional Scrum teams; manage global cross-functional SCRUM teams; leverage the data technology knowledge to share business strategy and roadmap with technology partners to establish context alongside Technical leads; rationalize existing products and leverage customer insights to make the hard decisions on what to prioritize; define, track, and report key milestones and success metrics; develop and communicate annual goals/agenda to senior stakeholders and partner teams with accurate details and transparency on risks and impediments; build relationships with those outside of immediate team resulting in horizontal influence; evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the resources for product development and their allocation, and ensure that their functions' performance has been improved continuously and enhancing cross-function integration. May telecommute.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in an analyst-related occupation.
Experience must include:
• Data and analytics skills for operational and analytical business strategy;
• Building business cases, product requirements documents (PRD), data analysis, and data-related problem-solving;
• End-to-end product lifecycle and delivery from ideation to launch;
• Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform;
• Azure DevOps (ADO) services;
• Teradata, Snowflake, and NoSQL databases;
• SQL;
• Databricks;
• Spark and Scala; and
• UNIX operating system
