***This is a 6-month contract position***
A Brief Overview
In this role, you will represent the FP&A team in our effort to develop an in-house SQL data warehouse. You will serve as the project manager working with our company's Business Technology team and an external programming resource, while ensuring that FP&A's business objectives are met. You will need to gain an understanding of our financial reporting and valuation processes in order to ensure the end product fulfills all target objectives.

What you will do
The project requires data mapping, cleaning, and testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy in migrating from the legacy MS Access systems to a SQL server.
You will also assist in determining the best BI tools and help with implementation in order to maximize efficiency and utility of the new data warehouse.
This position is project-specific and the duration of the engagement is expected to be approximately 4-6 months, but will be dependent on project completion.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related Data Science/Analytics or Business Information Systems Field Required
Master's Degree in related Data Science/Analytics or Business Information Systems Field Preferred
5+ years' experience in data architecture, data warehouse, and/or data design. Required
3+ years' experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. Required
Strong knowledge & implementation experience of data warehousing concepts, data modeling techniques, and industry best practices
Proven experience with project requirements analysis, technical requirements, business process mapping and data source to target mapping in a data warehouse environment.
Demonstrated project management skills
Proficiency in SQL and Excel
Good business acumen
Creative and collaborative problem-solving capability. Excellent communication skills.
Compensation
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $120,000.00 - $130,000.00. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.

You must be able to pass a drug, background screen and physical abilities test/motor vehicle record check (if one is required per the position).
