Job Description
Lead and execute multiple strategic and transformative data initiatives encompassing Solution architecture, Data integration, and DevOps in a dynamic hybrid-cloud environment. Champion the adoption of cutting-edge Artificial intelligence technologies like Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to revolutionize our data platform and propel business innovation and growth. Architect data journeys, transforming complex, diverse raw datasets into actionable business-driving insights through the power of Big Data processing frameworks, ETL tools, LLMs, and automation. Drive innovation and stay ahead of trends, exploring and integrating emerging AI and data science tools to shape the future of our data platform. Provide technical thought leadership on data strategy, innovation, solution architecture, and data modeling, fostering the adoption of innovative analytics products. Define technical principles, vision, and standards that drive the platform's evolution, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological trends. Drive collaborative project success through agile methodologies with cross functional teams of architects, developers, operators, and suppliers, delivering cloud data solutions. Lead and mentor internal personnel and external consultants, conducting performance reviews and providing career mentorship to build a strong and data-driven team.
Reports to the McDonald's Chicago office. Partial telecommuting permitted.
