Title: SAP SD Principal Business Analyst - Winchester ERP
Location: East Alton, IL

Salary: $112,000 - $163,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 2 days' work from home available
Relocation Available
Focus: This role functions as the Subject Matter Expert in SAP Sales and Distribution modules for the Winchester IT department. You will be responsible for maintaining the SAP ECC solution in support of Order to Cash processes, as well as shared ownership of SAP Commerce, Salesforce.com, and Warehouse Management Systems integrations for our Winchester business unit. Responsibilities includes design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
Essential Job Functions:
Facilitate key decisions and configuration for SD integration in SAP
Support duties for day-to-day SD stakeholders in the areas of Customer Service, Warehouse Management, Accounts Receivable, and Billing
Work closely with business process owners to identify, prioritize, and deliver continual improvement work items following SAP best practices
Analyze and resolve support and enhancement requests; interface with other functional areas to implement cross-functional solutions
Recommend revisions to SAP related business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree*; Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business disciplines preferred
Minimum of 7 years of configuration or related IT experience; 10 years' experience preferred
Expert level working knowledge of SAP SD; SAP Commerce, JAVA, or .NET experience preferred
Full life-cycle SAP implementation(s) experience preferred
Experience with third-party solution integrations; Collaboration with technical teams across multiple skillsets and solution paths
Experience leading formal or ad-hoc work groups and teams
Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
