Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the COE Director of Supply Chain, this person will be a critical role responsible for leading the development and implementation across all Regal Rexnord business segments of Regal Rexnord's global spend of ~$3.2B.
The Supply Chain Analyst within the COE team will be focused on business analytics in the areas of sourcing and supplier management. In concert with the supply chain organization this individual is expected to challenge the current process approach and support standardization of policies in procedures that improve value and efficiency. This key role will work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment and corporate leaders in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaged in supporting projects to assure attainment of agreed upon performance across Regal Rexnord. This position partners in the establishment and deployment of standard processes, policies & procedures.
LOCATION: This position can be located in Rosemont IL or Milwaukee WI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports Regal Rexnord's overall objectives supporting an annual spend of ~$3.2B.
Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources. Analyzes, reconciles and identifies measurable opportunities for improvement. Identifies and implements audit processes to ensure data issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
Develops and maintains processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity across the business. Creates and maintains workflows and approval processes based on internal stakeholder requirements.
Develop and maintain program tools and templates to document, manage, advise, and report on supplier risk and adherence to the SRM policies and program requirements.
Acts as subject matter expert for new processes, KPI's, and data management. Collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Partners with various leaders to design optimal solutions that meet the business needs of our internal and external customers.
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Mine and analyze data from company databases and web platforms to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and performance.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering
Minimum 3 years in Business Analytical Role
Detail oriented and ability to be precise
Proficient in MS Excel
High knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools
Solid experience building Microsoft Power Apps and in Power Automate
Experience in visualization
Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly
Ability to support multifaced business requirements established by each Segment. Comfortable working in a results oriented environment with broad base of business requirements
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellence in generating accurate and understandable data and reports to analyze performance to make data-driven decisions
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results
Travel: Up to 25%
