1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Director of Engineering, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for helping to develop visualizations for datasets that are used by Fortune 500 brands and retailers. Day-to-day, you'll come up with creative solutions to complex problems, and learn new skills to complement your existing abilities.
As Business Intelligence Analyst at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
Build attractive and rich client-facing dashboards and reports.
Help develop and implement use of BI tools.
Training and creating materials to enable internal and external users to get the most out of our dashboards and reports.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the platform and configurations to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Evaluate the technical trade-offs of decisions and build things that last and scale.
Create and analyze new technologies - figuring out how we can scale up our solutions and tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor degree
3+ years of experience in business intelligence
3+ years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau
1+ year of experience working with relational databases and proficiency with SQL writing and debugging skills (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and dbt)
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards
Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications, Data Analysis, including data collection
Eager to expand your knowledge and abilities in data visualization tools and technologies
You look ahead to identify opportunities and foster a culture of innovation
Experience in a language for statistical computing (Python/pandas).
Experience working with different datasets, industries, and stakeholders (internal & external).
Passionate about data visualization and its ability to tell a story.
Expertise with large data sets, analytics, machine learning, and personalization.
Ability to present, demonstrate and communicate effectively

Additional Details:
This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
This position requires up to 5% travel.
