Job Description
Gathers various requirements for end users internally and connect business requirements to hardware technology specifications. Monitor reconfigurable hardware development and verification. Oversee hardware-specific software tool development and automation. Mentor and educating junior engineers. Custom PCB hardware board evaluation and design and defining the architecture on the next generation of trading platforms. Profile and optimize hardware and software to achieve high-performance and low latency, including coding embedded software. Research into new techniques and technologies in hardware design. Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to help improve production deployment, automation testing, and helps to reduce sources of duplicated efforts and common errors. Defines strategy for leveraging the latest technology, setting, and enforcing technical standards and defining processes for technical development. Implementation of complex trading strategies in FPGA. Leads the tooling and automation to facilitate rapid development.
