Location: Remote Chicago or Michigan. You must live in the Chicago or Michigan areas, near a major airport.

What You Will Learn:
The Education Experience Manager will function as a strategic partner and architect of exceptional education experiences, delivering white-glove service to a select portfolio of high-value accounts (Black level and high potential) within their assigned region. This role requires a deep understanding of client relationship management, a passion for crafting impactful learning journeys, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with sales teams and educators. The Education Experience Manager will play a key role in fostering loyalty, driving growth, and elevating the educational experience for our most valued salon partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Elevated Education Experience Design and Delivery
Craft and execute bespoke, high-touch education experiences that cater to the unique needs and aspirations of designated accounts, ensuring a white-glove approach.
Collaborate closely with Salon Management (SAMs) and Salon Business Partners (SBPs) to develop strategic education plans that align with account goals and drive business outcomes for both new and existing partnerships.
Execute pre-planning calls with SAMs/SBPs to ensure alignment on a comprehensive omni-channel strategy for the designated accounts.
Strategic Account Planning and Partnership
Participate actively in Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions, contributing valuable insights and shaping education strategies to maximize account growth and brand impact.
Conduct mid-year check-ins during JBP cycles to assess progress, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure alignment with evolving account needs.
Seamless Education Execution and Support
Oversee the end-to-end execution of education plans, ensuring seamless logistics, communication, and delivery.
Provide thorough briefings to artists and Regional Educators regarding specific account requirements, expectations, and desired outcomes, ensuring a unified and impactful learning experience.
Manage the In-Salon Fuel Budget strategically to optimize resource allocation and maximize the impact of educational initiatives within designated accounts.
Maintain consistent communication with SAMs/SBPs to facilitate class requests, ensure smooth execution, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Event Management and Regional Collaboration
Spearhead the organization, planning, and execution of impactful regional events, including new partnership launches and brand-ticketed events (e.g., Gloss Boss), creating buzz and driving engagement.
Leverage Level Loyalty points strategically to incentivize attendance and boost sell-through at ticketed events, maximizing revenue generation and program participation.
Actively participate in regional calls and strategy meetings with SalonCentric, contributing insights, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment on regional objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience working in field of education
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
