About the Role:

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll drive revenue growth in a defined target market, build relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborate with sales teams to develop new business and achieve revenue goals.

What You'll Do:
Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and nurture client relationships.
Business Development: Lead meetings and exceed revenue targets.
Be a Subject Matter Expert: Stay updated on industry trends and our products.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work with management and operations to meet customer needs and propose solutions.
Market Research: Identify new opportunities and maintain a robust customer database.
Seamless Onboarding: Ensure smooth client onboarding.
Exceed Goals: Surpass revenue goals and improve win probability.

What We're Looking For:
Excellent Communicator: Build rapport, negotiate deals, and communicate effectively.
Organized and Efficient: Manage your time and responsibilities well.
Tech-Savvy: Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools effectively.
Problem Solver: Propose innovative supply chain solutions.

Job Type:
Full Time

Salary:
$65,000 to $85,000 plus sales incentive plan.

Benefits:
Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
