Overview

Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a Meat Department Manager to join our team!
As the Meat Department Manager, you will:
lead a remarkable team of meat customer service champions - you'll be responsible for coaching, training, developing, and influencing your team to achieve department and store goals
provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest - whether they visit our store or call us for a special order or with questions
build exciting merchandising displays that help us sell more products to our guests and reach our gross profit goals
evaluate product for quality and freshness to ensure that the product we have available to our guests is only the highest quality
order product and ensure proper inventory levels
assist department team members with their job duties to include preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard and taking out the trash.
The Meat Department Manager position in our store is a fun and rewarding position that comes with a great deal of responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring our guests have a remarkable shopping experience and that our team members feel valued, and that our store maintains successful profitability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age;
Previous retail/customer service and/or leadership experience preferred
