Overview:
Connection has an outstanding opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Help Desk II Technician. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a terrific client in the pet care industry with the potential to go permanent after 60 working days if performance and fit is good. This position will be 100% remote and prefers candidates that live and work in Central US time zone.

The Help Desk II Technician is responsible for providing helpdesk support for corporate, Pet, and Vet centers including resolving problems with Windows and MAC systems, printers, networks, phone, and camera systems.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage user accounts and AD and Office 365.
Set up, order new equipment, manage IT inventory, order equipment.
Email migrations.
Communicate on all open projects and give updates to both users and IT staff.

Requirements:
3-5 years' IT Help Desk experience supporting Windows/Office 365 Environments.
Solid written, verbal, communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, self-starter, takes direction well.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills, detail oriented.
Passionate about helping people and have patience along with demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Basic to intermediate understanding of networking and networking principles.
Pet or Vet center experience, Azure or AWS, Cornerstone, and Zendesk experience preferred.
