Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director, Industrial & Production Print Finishing Solutions! We are looking for an individual to have experience with Industrial Print equipment and/or inkjet technology and/or digital embellishment solutions, and experience
managing a high-growth business with the ability to drive & track pipeline growth and business performance in high end digital embellishment. The right individual will demonstrate outstanding leadership, interpersonal, communication, management, and organizational skills while leading projects with tight deadlines. This is a national role with the responsibility to develop the plans and actions, across all channels, to achieve high-growth in Konica Minolta's high end digital embellishment business.
Responsibilities

Develop business plans, actions and marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth and resulting sales growth of Konica Minolta's Industrial Print digital embellishment solutions throughout all channels in North America.
Develop components of and implement business plan for Konica Minolta's Industrial print division, Direct channel division and our Dealer partners to drive programs for pipeline growth and sales growth of Konica Minolta's Digital Embellishment lineup of products.
Develop components of and implement business plans for the new Alphajet platform. Plan and drive Alphajet top prospect demonstrations and events, and early adopter customer identification and implementation.
Identify and develop compelling solutions to both common Customer barriers to entry into digital embellishment as well as complex objections.
Assess, Analyze and build competitive analyses to empower the channels to increase win rates.
Participate in the development and deployment of presentations for prospective customers.
Assist in the creation and management of digital embellishment finishing applications.
Develop Best Practices case studies to be utilized in various proposals and vertical markets.
Track sales and pipeline activity levels by product, channel, and vertical to identify activity trends and forecast future needs to manage bottom-line profitability.
Responsible for monitoring and assessing inventory levels, and ensuring adequate and effective skews, parts, accessories and models.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work collaboratively within a team of different roles and responsibilities.
Ability to work with the Product Development teams in France, Supply Chain (SCM), Inventory Management, finance, product marketing, Service etc.
Ability to develop strong, collaborative, working relationships with the internal teams at Konica Minolta, including the Channel support personnel for Dealer and Direct Channels.
Ability to analyze the market, product strengths & weaknesses and develop actions accordingly to grow the pipeline and overall digital embellishment business.
Ability to communicate to and present to Executive level internally and externally to prospects and Customers.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong track record of selling and managing office equipment and/or Information
Technology products and/or wide format/label/digital embellishment/inkjet.
10 years of sales or marketing experience overall and 3+ years' experience with industrial print, and/or inkjet solutions.
