Job Description
Design, develop, and unit test the company’s Android applications; Interface with firmware/software running on the August Smart Lock, Doorbell and Keypad to improve our product performance; Interface with server-side APIs (application programming interfaces); Architect and develop an SDK (software development kit) for partner integrations with the company’s products; Develop software applications using Java and Android SDK (Software Development Kit); Develop automated testing systems for electronic products, such as keypads, locks, etc.; Evaluate electronic products (e.g. keypads, locks, etc.) to optimize quality and performance. * 100% telecommuting; can reside anywhere in the US.
