Job Description
The Chicago office seeks a Mid-Senior Level Associate for the Corporate Department with debt financing experience. Experience representing private equity sponsors and borrower-side finance preferred. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Admission to the Illinois Bar is preferred. Candidates may sit in any of our U.S. offices.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
