Position Summary

Manager, Business Intelligence is the leader responsible for strategic development and implementation of applications and technology-based solutions that streamline, standardize, measure, and enhance the effectiveness of key business processes. Leads the development of key business metrics (Customer and Operational Effectiveness Metrics) through an in-depth understanding and liaison with cross-functional managers/members of the organization.
TheManager, Business Intelligence role is currently considered a remote position.

Duties

Strategically identify business process improvement opportunities on a systemic level, including cross-functional involvement
Champion a culture of innovation and operational excellence with a focus on continuous improvement.
Evaluate existing business processes, identify systemic opportunities, develop technology-based solutions
Define actionable items for roadmap and execution in order of priority and potential positive impact on the business while considering available resources, Customer requirements, and other business factors.
Develop and implement methods to monitor and measure the effectiveness of implementations; lead corrective actions as applicable.
Develop KPIs and data visualizations to manage objective outcomes for the organization.
Develop and pilot exploratory reporting to monitor / measure impact of various tactical and strategic initiatives.

Education Degree

Required Experience

1. 3-5 years of Advanced Excel, Tableau/Power BI, & Power Platform expertise.
2. 1-3 years experience in Change Management, including successfully implementing significant business process changes.
3. Experience developing PowerApps or equivalent applications.
4. Experience with Power Automate or other automated processes.
5. Query and data configuration experience.
6. Experience in developing business process metrics.
7. Experience in defining database requirements.
8. Project management experience, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to achieve desired outcomes within specified timelines and resources.
9. Demonstrated positive impact on the business, translating to clear, bottom-line results by implementing step-function changes.


Preferred Experience

1. Lean and continuous improvement experience; Lean certification preferred.
2. Broad experience with operations processes including production planning, supply change & logistics, engineering, quality inspection.

Pay range for this opportunity is $91,250- $127,575
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
