Summary:

In this role, you will direct cross-functional activity to plan and improve business development and member services delivery operations for various Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Impact Spend Fee for Services (FFS) products and services. You will ensure the highest and best of use of sales resources to expand and increase participation of existing providers and suppliers in Vizient's portfolio of solutions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and direct day-to-day strategy and deliverables for business development associated with ESG Impact Spend FFS offerings to ensure quality, timely and impactful service.
Accountable for developing, tracking, and reporting performance and establishing operational metrics at the account level and for the FFS offerings across Vizient's ESG Impact Spend strategy.
Develop training, development, and on-boarding programs for Vizient team members including playbook development for new business development and sales.
Oversee key financial aspects (budgeting/forecasting) of the FFS offerings under their purview of responsibility, identify and mitigate risks associated with member and supplier satisfaction.
Lead activity to develop sales opportunity pipeline, member and supplier engagement and growth associated with FFS offerings.
Oversee and ensure successful delivery, helps to solve problems, mitigate risk, support overall success in partnership with SMD team in delivering agreed upon SOW deliverables.
Serve as an internal and external lead to support member and supplier FFS engagement, new business development and sales.
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Vizient ESG Impact Spend business objectives.
Evaluate performance and productivity of the team reporting directly to them by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
Identify solutions that would support providers and suppliers to achieve their ESG Impact Spend goals resulting in an expand portfolio of offerings

Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred. MBA a plus.
7 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in ESG business development and consulting required.
Prior healthcare experience desired.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ESG programs and associated goals and tactics.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a commitment to developing team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $194,200.00.
