Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Clinical Placement Facilitator. Subject to management approval, this position will coordinate, monitor, and develop the clinical placement program for an assigned geographic area. The position will develop and implement a plan to facilitate the achievement of living arrangements at an appropriate level of care to meet the needs of individual clients and will develop and implement a localized plan to identify resource needs for living arrangements. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about children and interested in playing a role in ensuring that placements at the appropriate level of care are provided for children and youth.
