Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Accountant for Random Moment Survey Administration. Under general supervision, this position will analyze and maintain the Department’s Random Moment Survey (RMS) accounting and reporting system. The position will utilize payroll records and/other sources to update the RMS accounting and reporting system and will query caseworkers via telephone regarding their activity at a randomly, statistically selected point in time. This position will also prepare quarterly financial reports summarizing RMS activity and utilize the eligibility rates to calculate percentages to be used in the Title IV-E claim preparation.
