The IT Coordinator serves as a liaison between DCEO and the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) and is responsible for overseeing access to Agency Technology Services. The IT Coordinator will manage employee access to technology and applications, ensure timely refresh of Agency technology, track Agency access requests, and make recommendations for Information Technology processes, policies, and procedures. The IT Coordinator will also serve as a backup to the Agency Telecommunications and Vehicle Coordinators and participate in the annual inventory of Telecommunications and IT equipment. The ideal candidate for this position will have great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and experience working in information technology overseeing access management. 5. Oversees annual refresh of Agency technology and ensures completion of annual disaster recovery testing.


6. Assists with reconciliation of Agency Technology invoices from the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT).
