Pentair has a job opportunity for you!
Join us as an Assembly Team Lead in our Hanover Park facility.
You will report to the Production Supervisor and lead your team for day-to-day production activities that include filter cartridge assembly.

The hourly pay for this role is: $24 to $26/hr. plus an 8% shift differential.

More details about the opportunity:
Track daily performance using process communication.
Learn all stations in the Cartridge Filter assembly area and train new employees.
Must be able to monitor equipment settings such as chemical fillers, plasma workstations, oiler stations, glueing stations, can coaters, labelers, etc.
Must have prior manufacturing experience with robotics and automation.
Work with machines and tools for the assembly process and make sure employees are following procedures and safety guidelines.
You must have basic math skills, ability to read and write basic English and Spanish.
Being Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a required.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for your entire shift, and lift 25 to 40 lbs. on a regular basis.
Candidate must be available for overtime on a regular basis.
You must have prior experience in manufacturing assembly and be able to lead your team to keep up with production numbers.
This is not an entry level opening and prior experience is required in manufacturing with robotics and automation.
Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
3rd shift: 10pm to 6am, Monday through Friday plus required overtime
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
