This is a multifaceted role that involves strategic planning, leadership and direct execution of communication initiatives and a high degree of collaboration within the team and with colleagues across the business and functions we support.
Responsibilities:

Developandexecutecommunication strategies through partnership and strategic consultation with Commercial and functional leaders, aligning with Nielsen IQ's people operating model. Includes writing and editing materials, establishing timelines and recommending deliverables jointly with stakeholders.

Support/leadinitiatives for enterprise-wide messaging, significant organizational changes, restructuring, M&A, and more, to achieve strategic objectives and growth targets.

Coordinate planning and execution of executive/leadership communications events, including town halls, live Q&A, and videos.

Fostera collegial atmosphere where collaboration thrives, and the team has "hands on each other's backs," adapting flexibly to the changing needs and priorities of the business.

Buildandmaintainstrong, trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels within Nielsen IQ.

Mentorand learn from team members, promoting professional growth and a culture of excellence in corporate communications.

Navigatethe dynamic environment of a high-growth company with ease, embracing change and ambiguity as opportunities for innovation and leadership.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications, with a preference for tech, tech-related, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or other industry with a high degree of complexity and wide variety of stakeholders.

A proven record of effective communication and project management in business-as-usual circumstances as well as during large-scale organizational changes.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a diverse portfolio of communication materials and understanding in deploying across traditional and contemporary communications channels.

A comprehensive communications toolkit, with proficiency in digital platforms and social media.

The ability to quickly engage in our organization and business with enthusiasm, positivity, and humility.

Strong analytical skills, with experience with tools to evaluate and measure communication efforts.

Capable of performing well in a high-change environment and the ability to manage through ambiguity with confidence. Ability to remain calm, thoughtful and positive-minded even in times of turbulence.

A focus onreporting and metricsto effectively communicate the success and areas for continuous improvement in our craft.
