What You Will Do:
Attract top talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates
Source candidates through multiple channels, to include Indeed, LinkedIn, Workday, Phenom, and more
Consult with HR and hiring managers on talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best-practices
Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization
Conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates and partner with managers throughout the staffing process
Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts
Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed
Related administrative responsibilities and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
1 year of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources
Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position
Work location preference is for a hybrid work model, residing within commuting distance of one of our primary office locations (such as St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL).
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match and provide accurate, actionable feedback to hiring managers
Ability to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building phone skills (listening, probing, persuading) in previous recruiting assignments
