Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Print Shop Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating all printing services at our in-plant Print Shop at the Naperville IL campus. This position serves as a main point of contact to our customers for all their printing needs, so excellent communication skills are a must.

What You Will Do
Assists internal and external customers with print requests. Works closely with customer to determine the most cost-effective options to meet their desired needs.
Operates a variety of reprographic and finishing equipment including high-speed digital copiers, booklet makers, cutters, binders, folders, drills, padding machines, shrink wrappers, printers, scanners, computers and assigned software.
Sets up, operates, and maintains department equipment. Performs routine maintenance and works with appropriate vendors to report issues and have them corrected.
Manages and orders department supplies. Maintains inventory of print stock and other supplies.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Position Details:
Location: Naperville, IL
Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (WORD, EXCEL, etc.)
Immigration sponsorship not offered for this position

Physical Demands:
Be able to lift up to 40 pounds (paper boxes)
Must be able to pass background check, drug test

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with graphic design programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Graphic design experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks at once
Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are a must
Strong work ethic and ability to meet strict customer deadlines
Previous experience working in a print shop environment is a plus
