Business Change Manager Sr

Locations : Chicago, IL. Open to any Pulse Point location.

This position will take part in Elevance Health’s hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days in office per week.

Elevance Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Change Manager Sr / project manager for the CLO Legal Strategy and Operations team. This position reports to the Chief of staff and will be responsible for overseeing legal department projects, vendor management, technology governance, and data analysis and reporting.

This role is critical to help the department drive technology adoption and enhance operational efficiency.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

+ Managing existing and new vendor relationships, creating processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the department and facilitate change, lead and execute department initiatives.

+ Associate will develop regular reporting mechanisms, monitor progress, and measure quantitative and qualitative outcomes to ensure successful execution of projects.

+ Requires a high level of organization and business acumen, the ability to influence key stakeholders, and experience in the healthcare payer space.

+ Candidate should have experience successfully developing and managing projects.

+ Candidate must be able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs and be proactive in identifying areas of need and generating action plans.

+ This role is cross-functional and will require the candidate to interact professionally with attorneys, external partners, and senior leadership.

+ Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

+ Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred.
