Drive Category Growth and Innovation in the Beverage Industry

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and innovation? Join our team at The Coca-Cola Company as the Director of National Sales for the Food Discounters Channel. In this pivotal role, you will partner with customers, bottling partners, and brand marketing teams to propel category growth ahead of the industry, both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive multi-year Joint Business Plans in collaboration with Coca-Cola brand leaders, commercial teams, and bottling partners.

+ Customer Engagement: Understand and address the omnichannel needs of our customers, working closely with buyers across various channels.

+ Omnichannel Growth: Propel category growth by implementing best-in-class strategies in Assortment, Packaging, Pricing, Merchandising, and Digital Shopper Marketing.

+ Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, establishing robust partnerships with all end-to-end business stakeholders.

+ End-to-End Solutions: Enhance productivity and efficiency across the supply chain to achieve faster, sustainable, and profitable growth.

+ Innovative Business Development: Transform consumer, shopper, and e-commerce insights into groundbreaking business solutions.

Qualifications:

+ Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in sales and business development, particularly with national retailers and consumer goods.

+ Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting big data to derive relevant insights.

+ Strategic Thinking: Capable of making informed decisions amidst complex scenarios.

+ Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in influencing and negotiating, with a talent for developing people and organizations.

+ Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
