Location/Division Specific Information

Our Transplant Diagnostics Products Strategic Business Segment supports customers in advancing research and discoveries through the delivery of innovative molecular diagnostic solutions for transplantation. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the product management team to drive the success products through efficient planning, execution, and coordination. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute and improve groundbreaking products that ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the Transplant Diagnostics Division.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaboratively lead and handle the development and execution of product strategies within our Molecular Diagnostics portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive market initiatives, resolve market needs, develop product roadmaps, and efficiently implement product launches. A day in the life

+ Being responsible for the entire product lifecycle and using data-driven decision-making to ensure achievement of business and portfolio objectives.

+ Analyzing the market, assessing customer needs, and evaluating competitive strategies to find ways to make our product line stand out from the competition.

+ Crafting and implementing product training programs for both internal and external teams, such as Technical Support, Field Application Specialists, Direct Sales & Distributors, and Order Desk staff.

+ Collaborating with the Market Development team to build compelling product marketing collateral and content, such as sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, brochures, and online guides.

+ Assisting with sales forecast management in coordination with operations/planning to ensure efficient inventory management.

+ Supporting the development of long-term strategies and portfolio management for the product pipeline in alignment with the overall business strategy.

+ Supporting new product development initiatives, including conducting voice of customer research and providing business and financial justification.

+ Collaborating with R&D, Program Management, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Services, Quality, and Regulatory, to serve as a customer advocate.

Keys to Success

Education

+ Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or engineering or similar.

+ Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

+ 3+ years of professional experience in a product management, product development, field applications, marketing, sales, or similar.

+ Molecular biology experience is a plus.

+ Identify and qualify opportunities, creative and innovative solutions.

+ Develop connections, achieve outcomes, and demonstrate ethical judgment

+ Track record in delivering results and holding self-accountable

+ Proven understanding of business operations and track record of success in driving revenue growth.

+ Demonstrates solution expertise and focus on developing successful customer relationships

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

+ Willingness to understand our markets and learn our products

+ Ability to listen to customers and discover their needs to provide technical solution expertise on which products will best suit their business

+ Ability to apply business processes to customer needs

+ Ability to articulate the value of our products and the impact to the customer and their business

+ Ability to synthesize and integrate customer insights, draw conclusions/implications, and translate information into product requirements, portfolio strategies, and business recommendations.

+ Collaborate with, and nurture strong partnerships with, multinational and cross-functional matrix teams

+ Work remotely, to flexible patterns, and with the ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $91,700.00-$120,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
