We are seeking a highly motivated and thorough individual to join our team as a Product Manager, managing products within our Protein Biomarkers portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the product management team in driving the success of our products through effective planning, execution, and coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of innovative products that ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the Transplant Diagnostics Division of Thermo Fisher Scientific.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaboratively lead and manage the development and execution of product strategies for our Protein Biomarkers portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to determine market needs, develop product roadmaps, and successfully implement product launches. A Day in the life

+ Developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps, working closely with the product management team.

+ Defining and measuring key product metrics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement

+ Conducting thorough market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences

+ Collaborating with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches

+ Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement

Keys to Success

Education

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or life sciences

Experience:

+ 3+ years of in-depth product management, business development and/or marketing in the healthcare or life sciences industry. Experience in transplant diagnostics or invitro diagnostics is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

+ Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

+ Willingness to travel up to 10%, both domestic and international

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113,500.00-$140,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
