ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, and collaboration across various functions to enhance service quality and efficiency it’s an important position that impacts both customers and the organization.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIRED ABILITIES:

+ Create a comprehensive service program that all business units (BU) will follow. This includes defining processes, standards, and guidelines for service delivery.

+ Ensure that dealers maintain necessary certifications and stay up-to-date with industry standards. This involves monitoring and verifying compliance.

+ Service Manual Updates. Oversee the revision and manual.

+ Introducing a new service program for Strong Arm (possibly a product or service within the organization).

+ Primary point of contact for service-related issues from dealers and the factory. This ensures timely resolution.

+ Explore opportunities for face-to-face service testing in the field on Hurst and Vetter, enhancing customer experience.

+ Work closely with the engineering team on software updates related to E3 Connect.

+ Development and execution of territory business plan.

+ Responsible for conducting sales activities in order to exceed sales plan (total sales as well as new product sales) on a monthly and quarterly basis. Monitor performance through the review of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

+ Development of distributor network through training, education, and joint sales calls. Evaluate distribution performance and recommend new accounts, realignment or termination of accounts in order to achieve company objectives.

+ Demonstrate effective territory and pipeline opportunity management with the Salesforce CRM tool.

+ Handle Regional Trade shows and Distributor / OEM Open Houses within the territory.

+ Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

+ Must have a valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience

+ 4-year degree in business, marketing, engineering, or fire services preferred.

+ Related experience in the fire industry is an asset.

+ Experience with customer management system.

+ Knowledge of MS Office suite.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

+ 70% of time will be spent traveling.

+ 30% of time will be spent in home office.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $114,500.00 – $171,700.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
