The Director of Supply Chain and Demand Planning oversees all aspects of product demand, forecasting, and supply chain activities. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, with direct oversight for North and Latin America demand planning processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive demand planning strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. Your expertise in supply chain strategy and execution will be crucial for ensuring seamless operations, cost efficiency, and exceptional service to our customers. This is a hybrid role—- will work a mix of onsite in our office (Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY) and remote

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Global S&OP process and oversee North and Latin America demand planning for Zebra Technology hardware solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain, business units, supplier relations, key distributors, channel partners and finance) to ensure alignment and drive business growth and optimization. - Develop and execute a comprehensive demand planning strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. - Establish global best practice demand planning processes anchored in Integrated Business Planning principles, ensuring standardization, simplification, and differentiation where it adds value. - Maximize sales and service levels, minimize inventory and obsolescence. - Ensure proper supply chain planning to fulfill customer demand and reduce stock outs/backorders. - Serve as the subject matter expert for demand planning, network and strategy optimization, and integration of new business and product launches. - Conduct monthly SIOP meetings to ensure team alignment. - Define the SIOP process, create standard procedures, and lead initiatives supporting SIOP, including implementing planning software. - Drive process improvements and efficiencies in the global demand planning process and establish capabilities for the total global function. - Collaborate on Americas Demand Planning projects and own the SIOP planning, including continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 15+ years’ experience(to include Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning)and including minimum 5 years management/leadership/supervisory experience

+ Strong breadth in Materials management experience including Purchasing, Planning (Strategic & Tactical), Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing

+ International supply chain experience

+ Materials management experience in Engineer to Order, Build to Stock, Build to Order, Assemble to Order supply chain strategies

+ Contract Manufacturing experience including contract management

+ Experience leading a global team

+ Experience with multiple million-dollar operating budgets and finances

+ Travel up to 30%

Salary: USD 170400.00 – USD 255600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
