A reputable company is looking to hire an HR Generalist!

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role involves processing payroll for production and manufacturing staff using Ceridian/DayForce, onboarding new hires, managing benefits packages, and working closely with management to train employees and enhance engagement. The ideal candidate will assist in conflict resolution, and set standards for the company’s ethics, values, and culture.

Responsibilities

- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees

- Assist management in conflict resolution

- Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company

- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages

Qualifications

+ Bachelors Degree

+ 3+ years of experience in an HR capacity

+ Experience processing employee payroll

+ Experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution facility
