The Home Health Clinical Quality & Performance Improvement isresponsible for:

+ Working with appropriate departments in the areas of compliance, process improvement, and member/provider satisfaction for all product lines.

+ Drives change through influence.

+ Develops education content for adult learners: Clinicians, Clinical Managers, Clinical management team, Sales.

+ Prepares and provides a presentation of the content to all levels of the organization.

+ Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

+ Responsible for enterprise wide strategy in clinical quality areas in order for consistent approach across business lines.

+ Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

+ Outcomes will be metrics driven

+ Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.

+ Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

+ Active RN license

Preferred Qualifications

+ Masters degree preferred

+ Preference for 2 plus years of home health experience

+ Quality and Performance Improvement experience preferred

+ Experience creating and maintaining educational content preferred

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$93,000 – $128,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
