Key Responsibilities:

This is a pivotal role in the development and implementation phases of the ADDIE process for airline and division specific projects. This role will support the Learning team in the creation of impactful training programs. Must operate targeted programs in support of our business objectives and work closely with global instructional designers and other relevant business partners to ensure an effective and consistent approach.

+ Main core of work will be at the development and implementation levels of the ADDIE process.

+ Utilize course development, media and desktop tools to create learning content defined by assessment data and course design for lessons and curricula primarily provided by the staff instructional designers.

+ Revise course content to maintain accuracy and currency.

+ Work with business partner subject matter experts to collect and refine content during the development revisions cycles.

+ Support with courseware for varied training methodologies including, but not limited to, eLearning, instructor led training, structured on-the-job activities and others as used for Global Learning programs.

+ Update or revise instructional guides and reference materials to support learning.

+ Work in tandem with an instructional designer to ensure the final product is aligned with the learning objectives.

+ Study best in practices to propose creative development techniques to enhance learner engagement and learning efficacy.

+ Perform LMS and other learning administrative tasks for self and instructional design staff.

+ Support the assessment and evaluation steps of the ADDIE process through survey creation and data management.

+ Perform basic assessment and design tasks to develop lessons to meet less complex training needs.

+ Conduct train-the-trainer sessions

+ Implement or assist in course implementation and program coordination.

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

+ 2+ years of related experience

+ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; as well as familiarity with LMS, Articulate 360, survey tools, and client relationship systems

+ Experience in instructional design, HR development and/or group facilitation, incl. virtual/online formats

+ Project management and/or program design experience

+ Use of good judgment and effective interpersonal skills

+ Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team

+ Effective written and oral communication skills

+ Strong planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail

+ Ability to work effectively in a global virtual environment, with strong service behaviors

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
