The Sales Trainer III will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency of the sales team through the delivery and evaluation of instructor-led courses, as well as engaging eLearnings, for new and established training curriculum, which includes new hire onboarding and continuing education. This role will also evaluate and train on thepractical application of sales tools, our sales processes, and effective team selling.

What Will You Do?

- Contribute to the design, development, evaluation and administration of creative learning solutions for a dispersed sales workforce that includes, but is not limited to, instructor-led, eLearning, audio, video, activities, assessments, job aids, and blended learning experiences

- Support new sales hires new through a multiphase, rapid onboarding training process

- Acquire trainer certifications to deliver intermediate sales courses

- Develop selling skills related to analyzing customer information, developing a business plan, establishing and developing customer relationships, and performing professional sales calls with new and existing customers to increase profitable sales growth

- Assist in the development and delivery of various instructor-led and online sales training courses

- Participate in building training material for the national and regional sales meetings

- Establish and maintain relationships with functional area managers, DSMs, and Subject Matter Professionals to improve course content

- Make recommendations and modify training programs, as appropriate, based upon the results of training effectiveness metrics and quality review results

- Assist with the creation and maintenance of the team’s Learning & Development (L&D) infrastructure (i.e., internal processes, guidelines, communications, etc.)

Location – There is one position to fill that is posted in many locations. This position will work from home and have travel.

How Will You Get Here?

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or Minimum education required HS Diploma/GED with

5 years equivalent experience in Healthcare, Business, Management, Education, or

Communications

- 2+ years’ sales experience in diagnostic, healthcare, and/or medical device sales desired

- 3+ years’ training experience; sales training a plus

Additional Requirements/Qualifications:

- Knowledge and application of adult learning theory and principles, blended learning approaches, and evaluation methods

- Ability to deliver engaging presentations

- Knowledge and experience using Customer Management Relationship (CRM) (Salesforce

preferred)

- Contagious enthusiasm and a passion for training and development

- Strong motivational skills

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and visual communication skills

- Creative, autonomous professional with a strong work ethic and time management skills who can prioritize and drive organizational change that will result in measurable performance improvements

- Ability to multi-task and work in a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment

- Heavy use of iPhone, iPad and laptop

- Adherence to corporate IT and travel policies and guidelines

- Extended work hours, as required

- Complete other duties, as assigned
