Objective of Position :

The Treasury Management Documentation Specialist is responsible for assisting the Treasury Management Sales Team in all sales activities including delivering documentation to clients for Treasury Management related services such as Positive Pay and Sweep, create sales presentations and pricing proformas, and sales related projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Assists the Treasury Management Sales (TMS) office as directed.

+ Supports TMS through document preparation and delivery to clients and prospects where appropriate.

+ Works directly with Sales and Operations in identifying fraud prevention opportunities and collaborating directly with clients to enable them.

+ Supports TMS by preparing sales related presentations, client TM relationship reviews, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and pricing proposals for prospects and clients.

+ Conducts periodic pricing reviews for individual clients as well as assist in annual pricing review for the TM Portfolio.

+ Reviews account analysis statements monthly.

+ Provides direct customer service for escalated/complex issues.

+ Conducts various sales related projects (i.e., data mining for sales opportunities, billing consolidations, pricing reviews, risk remediation projects, etc.).

+ Maintains repository for TM Sales materials and client sales presentations.

+ Assists TM Sales in sales related campaigns.

+ Supports account planning for TM Sales portfolios.

+ Provides product demonstrations and product training to customers and bank personnel.

+ Monitors and quickly responds to inquires submitted to the department inbox.

+ Provides superior customer service with every customer interaction.

+ Supports complex Treasury Management setups.

+ Resolves problems within given authority and effectively escalates when necessary.

+ All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

+ Associate’s degree or related field required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, preferred.

+ 3+ years’ prior experience in a similar role.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ In-depth knowledge of account analysis and treasury management products and services.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability communicate complicated information to customers. Strong customer service skills.

+ Highly motivated and experienced in managing multiple tasks.

+ Demonstrates and promotes high ethical standards and behavior.

+ Adapts and helps others manage change.

+ Ability to make accurate and quick decisions under pressure.

+ Excellent process and procedural knowledge, advanced team building and collaboration skills to manage the diverse services provided.

+ High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

The hourly rate for this position is $28.32 to $34.43.
