On Site 3 days/week in Chicago IL, Kennesaw GA , Richmond VA This role will support the Global Cloud Governance environment at a large Financial Institution. These people will execute decision processes for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests, as well as work on Cloud related frameworks and regulations to the policies and standards. This group interfaces with GIS, global records management, risk management, disaster recovery, operational continuity, and sourcing. This group has historically been focused on the initial assessment for use cases, but their focus has recently expanded to validating evidence and making sure evidence supports the assessment. This position will be supporting use case requestors and maintaining official records, as they get a lot of requests for use cases from many different groups that have varying levels of knowledge of cloud – this team will help those groups to understand what they need.

- Actively partner with Stakeholders in Global Technology, Compliance, and Audit – Assist in design / review / decision processes for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests / Approvals along with applicable exceptions / conditions – Facilitate Office Hours as well as Weekly / Monthly GCGF Governance Meetings and produce corresponding Agendas, Reports, and Minutes – Maintain official records and documents, validating preparedness for audits and examinations – End User Support and Relationship Management for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests / Approvals – Enable the Bank’s Cloud Strategy while maintaining compliance with policies, controls, and regulations, driving industry best practices and continuous improvement for financial services cloud computing
