Our client, an IIoT digital technology provider for manufacturing is seeking a Connectivity Specialist to join their team. As a Connectivity Specialist, you will be part of the Technical Solutions department supporting both customers and internal sales/service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to deliver engaging training and presentations and a passion to research and learn new technologies which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Connectivity Specialist (IIoT)

Location: Hoffman Estates, IL, Boston, MA, Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX

Pay: $95,000 – $110,000

Key Responsibilities

+ Foster and Spearhead IIoT business

+ Understand technologies and the product line to develop applicable and effective approaches of supporting software solutions.

+ Evaluate customer business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions using software products.

+ Maintain customer relations to update subscriptions or contracts, inform new releases, and obtain feedbacks.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or related experience.

+ Prior experience of technical sales and support in software and/or machine tool industry highly preferred.

+ Good understanding in IIoT and working experience in manufacturing field highly preferred.

+ Basic understanding of software infrastructure and Information Technology.

+ Ability to deliver engaging training and presentations.
