In this position…

As our Junior Salesforce Administrator , you will be responsible for supervising, monitoring and maintenance of applications built on the Salesforce platform & applications used to integrate Salesforce. You will be actively involved in handling production problem situations and applying changes as needed. You will assist in supporting our global sales and customer support teams with any challenges they face within Salesforce and our global process – including documenting pain points, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating the development/conversations of resolutions. This role will also help bridge gaps between our Ford Pro Tech team and our business groups to help with our intake process and prioritize incoming requests.

This role will report into the Lead Salesforce Administrator on the Revenue Operations team.

What you’ll do…

+ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues real-time, by providing tactical, strategical solutions and/or code changes.

+ Perform Root Cause Analysis on production issues & Impact Analysis on new support requests.

+ Organize/lead cross-functional conversations for new projects and prioritize new intake items.

+ Provide general technical guidance to members on the team.

+ Document new processes and assist with end-user training of new functionality when needed.

+ Develop in depth knowledge of the supported applications.

+ Hands on with creating reports & dashboards

+ Collaborate with various development teams on production issues and new intake items.

+ Identify areas for potential improvements.

+ Communicate with end users (i.e. known production issues, system updates, release notes, etc.)

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ Salesforce Certified Administrator or working towards certification required.

+ 1-3 years of experience working in Salesforce, knowledge of sales cloud and service cloud

+ 1+ year experience providing end user/production support

+ 1+ year experience in Project Management/Agile environments

+ Experience reading and writing SQL/SOQL Queries

+ Excellent in Client Debug log analysis

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-volume requests

+ Comfortable understanding and interacting with integrations, flows and object schemas

+ Foundational understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud – including common

+ products/features (i.e. CPQ, Live Chat and Customer Portals)

+ Thorough analysis skills

+ Proficient with Client configuration and customizations using Validation rules, workflow

+ rules, process builders, flows.

+ Strong understanding of various components within Salesforce Lightning, best practices and functionality.

+ DocuSign & Copado experience

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Familiarity with Apex knowledge

+ Good to have Incident, Problem management skills
